Data used by LivuFit
Your email and account details are used for sign-in. Your profile may include goals, age, height, weight, experience, equipment and available time. Recovery, pregnancy or breastfeeding information is also processed if you enter it.
Your logbook includes the workouts, food, water, measurements, check-ins and preferences you record. These support your plan, nutrition calculations, calendar, insights and rewards.
On your device and in the cloud
Session information, preferences and your logbook are stored locally. Supabase stores and synchronises the logbook linked to your account. Netlify hosts the website and server functions. Connections involve technical data such as IP addresses and browser information.
Online product search sends your query or barcode to a server function and Open Food Facts. Camera access reads barcodes on your device; the current scanner does not upload camera images. Optional notifications use a device registration and, for web push, a push service.
Health data and legal basis
Weight, recovery and other profile information may be health data, which has additional protections. The applicable GDPR legal basis, health-data exception and any separate explicit consent must be established before finalising this notice. Displaying this text does not obtain consent.
Retention and deletion
You can edit or delete diary entries and measurements and export your logbook from Settings. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete your cloud account.
Account, server-log and backup retention periods and the full account-deletion process remain to be established. There is currently no full account-deletion button. Cloud region, processor agreements and any transfers outside the EEA still require verification.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Email your request to info@livufit.nl.
Storage and preferences
The current code uses local storage for sign-in, your logbook, language and preferences, and a cache for offline files. This version does not include advertising trackers in the app code. Hosting log and retention policies still need verification.
